Welcome to the PLUR Network, an invite-only private social media platform exclusively for the rave community. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

Membership is restricted to individuals who are actively involved in the rave and EDM community. Invitations are non-transferable. We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates this eligibility requirement. DO NOT invite users that you do not physically know and have raved with

We encourage open discussion and the sharing of knowledge and ideas. However, we expect all members to treat each other with respect. The following behaviors are unacceptable:

• Harassment or bullying
• Discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
• Sharing of offensive or inappropriate content
• Spamming or promoting products or services without prior approval in a public area
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Being an asshole, especially to people who didn't start shit.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you post on the PLUR Network. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.  

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.  

5. Data Privacy

We value your privacy and will not sell your data to third parties. We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Wallet and Fund System

With the current system, you can top off a wallet for buying ad space if you feel you need further reach. 

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all of your content and data from the platform.

8. Disclaimer

The PLUR Network is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability or reliability of the platform, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.

9. Support

We provide limited support to our members. We encourage you to use our online resources and community forums for assistance. This is a small project on a single server, if it gains momentum we may scale to a larger set of resources, but will play it by ear until then. 

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will post any changes on the platform and notify you via email. Your continued use of the platform after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
